Roles in BDSM sessions

BDSM as a form of sexual satisfaction serves to enjoy dominance or humiliation. To make it easier to realize our desires in reality, consider the roles that are used in the practice of BDSM: upper, lower and sweatshirts. Each of the listed roles should be with a certain style of behavior.

Upper

The upper is called the dominant partner (dominant). He plays the role of the owner and sadist, engaged in leadership over the lower. The depth of the role of the upper can be different, and it depends on the personal preferences of the partners.

Lower

Nizhny is a passive partner (submissive). He plays the role of humiliated and subordinate to the dominant. Nizhny accepts the game that controls the upper one, but it is worth noting that the boundaries of permissible and acceptable effects are always discussed before the session. The lower victim can be active and passive, active – when the commands of actions and orders come from the upper, while the lower one is fixed or immobilized. Nizhny can also try to resist, so be submissive, experiencing pleasure from what is happening.

Svitch

Term “Svitch” serves to designate a person who is able to enjoy both the role of the lower and the role of the upper, and there are many subspecies of the sweatshirt:

– A joint sweatshirt implies the participation of two such characters that in the process can change roles;

– Separate sweatshirt is when one with one partner plays the role of the lower, and with the other – the role of the upper;

– Topo-Switch prefers a dominant position, but it can also be a submissive;

– Sabo-Switch prefers the submissive position, but it may be a dominant.

Depersonalization

Depersonalization is called complete dissolution in its role, emotional and physical. When a person reaches depersonalization, it is believed that he knew BDSM. However, the upper one should be very careful with depersonalization, because it can be too combined into the role, harming the lower. If Nizhny is uncomfortable in its role, depersonalization can be useful, but here it is also worth being careful. The main types of depersonalization are a stand for the legs or stools, a candlestick, a table, an animal and a room in a cage.

In the BDSM for each person, its own role is good, it should be chosen by personal preferences, and in no case to fulfill the undesirable in order to please someone.
