Animated ‘Delgo’ worst opening

Oh poor Delgo didn’t impress the movie goers considering the cast: Jennifer Love Hewitt, Val Kilmer, Anne Bancroft, Chris Kattan, Eric Idle, Michael Clarke Duncan, Kelly Ripa, Burt Reynolds, Malcolm McDowell, Sally Kellerman, and Lou Gossett, Jr.

In fact, the movie broke a record for having the worst opening ever for a film in wide release. “Delgo” earned a measly $511,920 this weekend on 2,160 screens, not even breaking the top ten. Harvey Milk Movie

Milk Movie, Starring: Sean Penn. Milk is a message movie, but more importantly, it’s an openly proud and entirely self-possessed message movie that wears its progressive rhetoric on its rainbow sleeve.

“Gus Van Sant directs this deeply moving biopic about slain San Francisco politician Harvey Milk. Milk was the first openly gay man to be elected to public office in the United States, and became a symbol of the burgeoning gay rights movement in the 1970s. Megan Fox as Wonder Woman

Ever since her breakout role in “Transformers,” 22-year-old brunette beauty Megan Fox has gained an enormous fanbase online.

So it was big news this week when Wonder-Who.com revealed that she would be portraying DC Comics superhero Wonder Woman in an upcoming big screen adaptation. There’s only one problem: it’s a fake.

In the “Holy Trinity” of DC Comics superheroes, one iconic character has been conspicuously missing from movie screens.

Superman had his heyday in the 70s, Batman in the 90s, and both have been revived in the past three years.

But Wonder Woman, the Amazonian princess with the magic lasso and invisible plane, has not had a live-action portrayal since the last episode of the TV series aired in 1979.

There have been attempts in recent years to put together a film version at Warner Bros.
