Hershey sues Art Van over trucks’ chocolate bar design. The chocolate bar company asked U.S. District Judge Victoria A. Roberts to order Art Van to remove a display on the side of one or more of its trucks that Hershey alleges feature a partly unwrapped candy bar bearing the words “Art Van” in type similar to that used on Hershey bars. The chocolate bar model is part of a contest advertised on the Art Van Web site in which customers are asked to vote on their favorite truck models.
Art Van’s “unauthorized use of the Hershey’s trade dress is likely to cause confusion and mistake and to deceive the public,” Hershey said in a court filing. Chocolate Models,

This is going to be a great sitcom not just because Ashton Kutcher is here. The whole premis of this show is great. Who dose’nt remember thier high school guidance counselor. What a riot. And what a great cast! I bet this show is back next year for a full run. I hope so!
