Disney pumpkin patterns. Walnut Creek celebrated Halloween with a pumpkin decorating contest. Each advisory group was given a pumpkin to decorate. The pumpkins were then judged by the secretarial staff. Many really creative pumpkins were entered but in the end it was Lisa Demuth’s advisory group that came in second with their painted elephant pumpkin. First place was taken by Carrie Jacobs and her advisory that created a wonderful tribute pumpkin to honor a former classmate. Both classes received a pumpkin full of candy as a prize.
