Is he still in college? How can you down 4 beers in 10 minutes, did he come up to inhale at all? If that was truly the case, and he took the test within the first hour it would not have had time to hit his blood stream within the firsst 25 minutes. I have spent alot of time in court, and this is one for the records, and will be used by attorney’s for future cases. I’m not sure if this judge actually passed the bar exam.
I guess you don’t need to be to smart to be a judge. I’m sure if this officer had hurt this judges family it would be a different story and ending.
