I am not Supposed to talk about women figure because I thought I am not belong to this field but my friend Greek who keep asking me how to maintain her figure and body shape, and I got challenged to find way to help her understand or give her some tips and clues instead. * The Rectangle Body Type: Sometimes referred to as an athletic or straight body type, rectangular body shapes have fewer defined curves. Waist, hips, and breast measurements may be more similar to each other than with other body types, and weight gain is often evenly distributed.
Keep in mind that these are general shapes and many women may fall in between two types. For example, you may be curvy with a mostly hourglass figure, but have a slight tendency to gain weight in the hip area. I have always struggled with finding clothes that fit me just right. I don’t know how many times I have gone to the mall only to come home in total frustration, vowing to never shop again. Usually, I try on 50 different things and find something wrong with each one of the items I pick.
For some reason, the clothes always look better on the hanger, only to make me want to scream when I try them on. Completely frustrated after a recent shopping nightmare, I did some research.
I found a website that has really helped. It helped me understand my body type and why certain things look better than others. They used a very creative way to describe my body shape. As it turns out, I am a Sapphire.
