She puts her new shape down to a strict diet plan which cuts out sugar altogether. That means goodbye to Frappuccinos and no fruits because of the sugar?

Chicken, salmon, Rice, Avocados, Egg whites for breakfast, Turkey burgers for lunch
“I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.” And 22,000 a month just to get back in shape!
