You’ve got to return it! Makers such as Hermès, Fendi, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Coach will begin by authenticating that your bag is indeed genuine — and not a counterfeit — by checking for special code numbers or hidden insignias that were put inside the bags at production.

And for the repair: You should return the bag in person at the designer’s boutique, or, in some cases, at the department store where you bought it. Bring your sales receipt to speed along the processing.

Good info
thank-you
I PURCHASED A FENDI PURSE WHEN I WAS ON A CRUISE SEVERAL YEARS AGO. I LOVE THIS PURSE SO MUCH AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE I CAN TAKE IT FOR REPAIR. IT IS AUTHENTIC WITH A SERIAL NUMBER. CAN YOU HELP ME?
Hello Dani,
Thanks for the comment.
You could send or bring your FENDi bag to the nearest FEndi shop and if you have the
Authentic Serial number, I am sure they could help fix with that.
