The “Training Day” actor and his girlfriend Ryan Shawhughes tied the knot in June.
“They were married last month in NYC,” says the actor’s rep. “No further details are available.”
Shawhughes was once the nanny of Hawke’s two kids — Maya, 10, and Levon, 6 — with Thurman. The “Kill Bill” actress and Hawke married in 1998 after they met on the set of “Gattaca,” but she filed for a divorce six years later amidst rumors of his infidelity. Thurman recently got engaged to Swiss financier Arpad Busson.
