Another key trend at the collections was the emphasis placed on back detailing. Tadaahhh 2008 spring for her! Pastels love it! Love it!

LA-based bridal maestro Monique Lhuillier offered a delicate lace-up effect, while Badgley Mischka added embroidered edging for extra impact when all eyes are on the rear of the bride’s gown. Michael Angarano goes kick for kick with Jet Li and Jackie Chan. Michael Angarano has been concentrating on independent films, so when he learned about the Jackie Chan- Jet Li martial arts adventure “The Forbidden Kingdom” at a basketball game with his agent, he wasn’t certain that would be the film for him.
“You never know what you could be doing next,” says the 20-year-old actor. “It was exciting, though it wasn’t something I obsessed over. Heidi Einstein Montag, admitting to Us Weekly that she did, in fact, get breast implants. It turns out she had a nose job, too.

Not so old news but still I want drag the catwalk queens with their not so lifetime tiaras. Now they are having nice time out from the runways while just waiting for their pay checks from the million dollar contracts. As Linda Evangelista stated “We don’t wake up for less than $10,000 a day.” It’s true for these highest paid supermodels.
Gisele Bundchen tops Forbes.com’s 2007 list of The Top Earning Models in the World, raking in $33 million, more than triple the $9 million banked by Kate Moss, who came in second. The 15 models on our list were ranked primarily according to estimated earnings over the past 12 months. Household names Heidi Klum ($8 million), Adriana Lima walked the victoria secret ($6 million) and Alessandra Ambrosio and also from victoria secret ($6 million) round out the top five slots. Fendi Adele S.r.l., Fendi S.r.l., and Fendi North America, Inc. (”FENDI”) and Big M, Inc., the owner-operator of Annie Sez and Mandee stores, today announced that they have resolved their dispute in Fendi Adele S.r.l. v. Big M, Inc. d/b/a Annie Sez, 06-CV-0245 (S.D.N.Y.) (JES)(MHD), one of several trademark counterfeiting actions brought by FENDI in federal court in Manhattan.
During the litigation FENDI demonstrated to Big M that the Fendi-branded handbags and other leather goods at issue in the case, purchased by Big M from former suppliers, were counterfeits. Big M has removed those products from the shelves of its stores. Read the rest of this entry »
