Kroell was the only openly gay male on the show and fell in love with his bunkmate, straight married prison guard Ben DiChiara. Ben and Ronnie’s bromance made it all the way to the finals. Bravo even printed up Bronnie shirts to capitalize on the love that could have been. Ronnie says he is over Ben now though.
