Mikimoto pearls sold for Miss Universe?

Was this Mikimoto crown donated for Miss Universe Org or was it being sold to? Hermes! It was being sold for thousands of dollar and with a contract of course.
A tiara-style crown, created by Mikimoto and donated to the Miss Universe pageant, features a phoenix-wing motif as a symbol of eternal beauty. Miss Universe tours the world with the crown before passing it on to her successor.
Or was it sold $250,000 – 300,000? Yay! Good luck ladies. I just love the Mikimoto pearls on it but not the entire piece.
