The Order of De Molay

Every time a movie like The Da Vinci Code, National Treasure, comes out that associate my organization and my Family’s Order I couldn’t help but get so excited. It was my deceased uncle who convinced me to join the Order or be as a DeMolay when I was 14 seeing as my Dad was his Bro.
So I joined the Order of De Molay without telling my father first but when I told him after a year he just told me that he knew it before. As a son of a FreeMasonry and as a DeMolay I call every Bro of my father as Dad. Masons sometimes gathers at my family home every last Sunday of the month to have some rituals and stuff but it happened seldom because they off to the Masonic temple or Lodge.
I knew there are lotsa gays in the order out there like me who just keep themselves uninterrupted by the organization but it’s not really a big deal being gay in the organization. Back then, I get always teased why havn’t I joined the Rainbow instead or Job’s Daughter. ![]()
Rainbow- is for Girls in Free Masonry Family and Job’s Daughters – Daughters of FreeMasons and so and soo..
I’m not actually posting to talk about my Order but I wan to share this coming movie which is the sequel from the first one. National Treasure: The Book of Secrets.

The new trailer for National Treasure: Book of Secrets. Opens on 12/12

Here are some facts about the Order of DeMolay
A youth organization for males 12-21 sponsored by the Masonic fraternity (DeMolay) exists in the United States and, to a very limited degree, elsewhere. Its name was chosen by its first nine (teen-aged) members back in 1919 when, meeting in a Masonic building in Kansas City, Missouri, they saw a painting of a Knight Templar on the wall.
Walt Disney, the film company’s producer, was a member of DeMolay although he was not a Freemason - so there is yet another ‘maybe’ connection if one wants to play ‘connect-the-dots’. We’d point out that Disney and the film’s star, Nicholas Cage, both also wore pants - providing even more similarities!
