One of the fashion chains most feared by competitors, Swedish clothier H&M, is setting up shop in Seattle.

The retailer, which thrives on a reputation for high style at low prices, will open a new two-story department store in University Village, H&M spokeswoman Lisa Sandberg confirmed.
