Beckham couple strip down

So everyone has seen this hot couple stripping before? David has been removing clothes for several photo shoots but we seldom see them stripping together.

Victoria and David Beckham, aka Posh and Becks, strip down in steamy photos for the August issue of W magazine.

They strike a sultry pose for the cover of the issue, on newsstands July 20, but things get more seductive in a photo spread inside.
Steven Klein’s photos show the pair in various states of undress — kissing passionately, sunning themselves atop a car and having an intimate moment in the bedroom.
What did Beck say? “I think people are really going to see me for the first time,” Victoria Beckham tells the magazine. “I think they have this impression that I’m this miserable cow who doesn’t smile. But I’m actually quite the opposite.”

Models under 16 could be banned from the catwalk

I don’t understand these new Rules, I will just leave this issue to them but still models are models. 5 months old baby could even challenge in this arena.
The call comes from a panel of experts set up to look into the health of models after two young women starved themselves to death.

But the independent Model Health Inquiry stopped short of recommending Size Zero models are prevented from appearing at the London event.

In its interim report, the panel called for a detailed investigation into models working conditions and outlined a positive case for setting up a union for the modelling profession.

The panel said models under 16 were particularly vulnerable and mentioned the risk of children being sexually exploited when they were made to represent adult women. Read the rest of this entry »

Fausto Sarli AltaRoma fashion week

I could have missed the AltaRoma with one of my favourites Fausto Sarli who opened the show with his Haute Couture collections. Sibiu hosted the most important Italian Haute Couture fashion show organized in Romania, called “Moda e Musica Sotto Le Stelle”. On the stage decorated in Piata Mare of the city, the over three thousand spectators could admire prestigious collections signed Fausto Sarli, Marella Ferrera, Giani Calignano, Franco Ciambella, Doina Levintza, Giovanni Cavagna, Farhad Re, Curiel Sisters and Renato Balestra.

The show started with a 30-minute delay as against the initial programme, an aspect that the organizers did not provide an explanation for but it went unnoted by the attendance due to the nice atmosphere and weather in Sibiu. The collection which opened the show was the one signed by Fausto Sarli, the one who has designed famous dresses, in time, for stars such as Kessler Sisters, Ornella Vanoni, Liz Taylor, Sabrina Ferilli or Monica Belucci.

Each presentation of a collection consisted of 12 parts, the launches being mixed with music and dance moments performed by the young soloist Anna Tatangelo, the winner of the feminine section of San Remo Festival in 2006, by Batega band and by nine ballet dancers from the Italian Radio TV channel RAI.
