Models under 16 could be banned from the catwalk

I don’t understand these new Rules, I will just leave this issue to them but still models are models. 5 months old baby could even challenge in this arena.
The call comes from a panel of experts set up to look into the health of models after two young women starved themselves to death.
But the independent Model Health Inquiry stopped short of recommending Size Zero models are prevented from appearing at the London event.
In its interim report, the panel called for a detailed investigation into models working conditions and outlined a positive case for setting up a union for the modelling profession.
The panel said models under 16 were particularly vulnerable and mentioned the risk of children being sexually exploited when they were made to represent adult women.
