The evidence says that Ferre is dead but it’s not another Gianni Versace and Andrew Cunanan story. . I thought he could make it to Milan Fashion Week for his Men’s ready to wear. I pay respect to this man. His New York Fashion week was one of the bests especially his Men’s Collection together with Vera Wang. His designs impressed Fashion chasers.
One thing I didn’t really like him because of his Fur story. He was one of the biggest fat ass fur endorsers leading the women to wear furs instead of just suit. But still I respect him for that! Visually I bow down to Ferre as one of the fashion icons.
Italian designer Gianfranco Ferre’ bows to the audience after presenting his Fall/Winter 2005/2006 fashion collection, in Milan, Italy, in this Feb. 25, 2005 file photo. Ferre’, known as the ‘architect of fashion’ for his structured, sculpted shapes and for his groundbreaking tenure at Christian Dior, died in a hospital in Milan, Italy, Sunday, June 17, 2007. He was 62. Ferre’ was taken to the San Raffaele hospital on Friday after suffering a massive brain hemorrhage. The hospital, in a statement authorized by Ferre’s family, said he died at 9 p.m. Sunday.

Ferre, 62, had been admitted to hospital on Friday. The hospital said doctors confirmed his death at 9:00 p.m. local time. The portly, bearded designer was suffering from diabetes and had already had two strokes, the first in 2003, according to Italian media.

Ferre was due to present his spring/summer 2008 menswear collection on June 24 as part of Milan’s ready-to-wear menswear fashion shows.
Anyway, here’s the video from Hyundai Ad that I like.
There’s always reason to find a way for the better. Don’t need to jump!
