Is John Galliano guilty of copying?

I could hardly believe even famous fashion designers get busted from copying someone’s work. He should have bleached the images first before cladding them on public. Darn him! Way too cheap to pay for the 200,000 euros fine anyhow.
His company was ordered to pay 200,000 euros in damages to renowned U.S. photographer
William Klein for unauthorized use of his atmospheric imagery in an advertising campaign. The court of first instance in Paris said Klein’s “painted contacts” were a hallmark of his work and Galliano’s use of imagery was clearly illegal in the absence of authorization from the photographer.
But what Galliano’s lawyer says? “John Galliano’s advertising campaign did not reproduce any original image of the artist, it can’t therefore be accused of be counterfeiting,” Galliano’s lawyer Michel-Paul Escaped said in a statement.
Hm! Still the accused is guilty of copying, I don’t mind as long as he keeps his hand on forChristian Dior but you know why I really love Galliano’s creation? I love it when he makes ridiculous couture like his fashion Troll creation was really fun and sweet!
